–If your service is on hold for non-payment, the hold is NOT automatically released with submission of online payment. Please allow 1-2 business days for payment to be posted to your account and services to be restarted. If you need service resumed within 24 hours, please call our office at (816) 228-4728 to submit payment by phone.
-Payments submitted over the weekend will not post until close of business the following MONDAY. Holds on Monday pick-ups will not be released upon submission of online payments processed after 4pm on Fridays.
